• Device & Technical Data:Device type, operating system, and usage logs (used only to fix technical issues and improve app performance).

We do not collect financial information or payment details.

We do not knowingly collect any personal information directly from children under 13 without verified parental consent.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information only for purposes directly related to the app:

• Authenticate and manage user accounts
• To communicate school announcements and updates to parents/guardians
• To display class activities and photos (with prior consent)
• Enable app features for parents and staff
• To improve app functionality and fix technical issues

We do not sell or use your information for advertising. We do not use your personal information for advertising or profiling. We only use your data to provide app features, communicate updates, and maintain security. The LSNet app does not display third-party ads.

3. Photo Galleries and Media

• We collect and display student photos only with parental consent.
• Media is stored securely and viewable only by authorized users (e.g., class parents).
• No photos or videos are shared publicly or with outside parties.
• Parents may request removal of any image featuring their child at any time. (see Section 8 below).

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared if required by law or necessary to operate the app securely.

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your data. The LSNet app is intended for use by parents, guardians, and staff; it is not designed for unsupervised use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data about children without verified parental consent.
